This role is available for both journeypersons and apprentices. You will be integral to our operations, focusing on the installation, repair, and maintenance of substation equipment under the guidance of experienced supervisors.

Duties include performing cable and transformer testing, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and contributing to routine maintenance and emergency responses. Apprentices will receive hands-on training to achieve certification as they develop their skills. Key Responsibilities:
Repair and maintain key substation systems
Execute electrical tests and inspections
Monitor equipment for faults and failures
Maintain comprehensive maintenance records
Respond to emergency calls as needed Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology
MEARIE certification or completion capacity
G Class Ontario driver’s license with clean abstract
Robust math and reading comprehension skills
