Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will create memorable experiences for our guests by serving high-quality beverages and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in a team environment.

Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are in positive working condition.
Engage with customers, taking their orders efficiently while providing friendly and attentive service.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations, maintaining a protected environment for both staff and patrons.
Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance customer experience.

Experience
2 years previous cocktail bartending experience in the industry is required. Volume bartending preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele.
Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, along with knowledge of food safety practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A passion for mixology and willingness to learn new techniques is highly valued.
