Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Carpenter/Labourer to join our agile construction team. This role offers an exciting prospect to work on a variety of projects, from residential renovations to commercial builds, utilizing your carpentry skills and hands-on labour experience. Duties
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans
Install cabinetry, siding, roofing, flooring, tiles, and other finishing elements with precision
Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with restoration projects including drywall repair, painting, caulking, and general handyman tasks
Handle heavy lifting and material handling to ensure smooth workflow in office
Support plumbing and electrical installations as needed under supervision
Measure spaces accurately for siding, flooring, or tile laying projects




Contribute to construction estimating by providing input on project scope and materials needed

Experience
Previous construction experience or apprenticeship in carpentry or related trades preferred
Skilled in blueprint reading and understanding technical schematics
Familiarity with concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding, and flooring installation
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and scaffolding safety practices
Knowledge of rebar installation and masonry techniques is advantageous
Experience in restoration work or general handyman tasks is a plus
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions
Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems is beneficial but not mandatory

Pay: $18.09-$35.07 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 50.0 per week
