Overview
Freedom Boat Club is the world’s largest members-only boat club, offering hassle-free boating and unforgettable experiences on the water. Our Dock Masters are the heartbeat of the club—ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent member service, and a fun, safe environment for everyone.

The Dock Master is responsible for overseeing daily dock operations, coordinating boat usage, assisting members, and leading dock staff to ensure boats are clean, fueled, and ready to go. This role requires robust organization, leadership, and customer service skills, along with a passion for boating.

Specific Responsibilities
Manage daily dock operations and boat traffic (check-ins/check-outs)
Coordinate fueling, cleaning, and light maintenance of boats
Ensure boats are properly staged, stocked, and ready for member reservations




Supervise and support dockhands / staff on shift
Maintain organization of dock schedules, fuel logs, and usage tracking
Provide excellent customer service to members before and after outings
Enforce safety procedures and marina policies
Communicate with management regarding issues, repairs, or operational needs
Maintain a clean, qualified, and welcoming dock workplace
