Become a key player at BDO in the role of Privacy Manager within our Risk Advisory team. Focus on advising clients on privacy compliance and strategic governance initiatives. We are looking for a highly experienced qualified (6–10+ years) to lead privacy assessments and develop governance frameworks.

You will assess compliance with pivotal regulations like PIPEDA and GDPR, translating complex legal requirements into actionable business strategies that enhance client operations and security. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee privacy advisory engagements, from planning to execution
Conduct privacy law compliance assessments and gap analyses
Create comprehensive policies and governance frameworks
Evaluate privacy practices for products and AI systems




Guide organizations on incident and breach management Requirements:
6–10+ years of experience in privacy, risk, or compliance
Deep understanding of Canadian and international privacy laws
Experience in conducting Privacy Impact Assessments
Robust communication and presentation skills
