McLaughlin Property Management is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team in a hands-on property services role. This position will primarily involve cleaning and maintaining rental properties, with prospects to learn and take on additional responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, is comfortable working independently, and is eager to learn current skills. Experience with basic painting and general maintenance is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities may include:
Cleaning and preparing rental units between tenants and Airbnb guests
Basic painting, patching and touch-ups
General property maintenance and small repairs
Helping with move-in/move-out preparations
Assisting with seasonal property tasks
Learning additional maintenance and repair skills
Occasional administrative or office tasks
Supporting our property management team as needed

We are looking for someone dependable, adaptable and willing to learn. The right person will have the prospect to expand their skills and responsibilities within our growing company.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
