Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crystals and the metaphysical, excellent and attentive customer service and sales abilities, with a focus on providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner
Provide product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and provide information
Conduct technical sales discussions to help customers make informed decisions
Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale systems/efficient cash handling
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products
Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves

Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively




Knowledge of products and the ability to explain details clearly
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace and self direct when environment is slow
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a retail sales role

Expected hours: 21.0 – 29.0 per week
