We are an independently owned and operated Wendy's franchise, located on Victoria Park, north of the 401, looking for energetic, enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Crew!

We are currently hiring Crew Members and Supervisors with QSR experience.

Our people are the smiling faces serving our guests at our drive thru's, front counters, and kitchen stations.

Your top priority will be delivering guest satisfaction through product quality and speed of service.

As a crew member, you will have the prospect to deliver and create exceptional guest experiences, whether you are the very first person our guests encounter, or you are producing quality finished items our guests have come to enjoy and savour. Your energy and passion for guest service will make you a top crew member in this fast-paced environment, while your ability to multi-task and effectively communicate with your fellow crew members, will contribute to your success.

You will be deeply immersed in training to learn about our operations standards, food safety, health and safety, cleaning and sanitizing, and guest service.

As a Wendy’s Supervisor,



you assist restaurant management by directing daily operations, training crew members, ensuring food safety compliance, and delivering excellent customer service during assigned shifts. You supervise team members, delegate tasks and run rush-ready opening, midday or closing shifts. You resolve guest complaints promptly and ensure high standards for food quality and speed of service, handle register startups, drawer verifications, and cash balancing at opening or closing.

Requirements:
Must be fluent in spoken and written English, to be able to effectively communicate with other crew members and guests
Versatile availability, including nights, weekends and holidays
Solid customer service skills and a friendly outgoing personality
Crew Member candidates must have 1 year food customer service experience, preferably Wendy’s
Supervisor candidates must have a minimum of 2 years QSR restaurant experience

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
