Duties
Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently throughout each shift
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, sinks, and dishwashing stations in compliance with health and safety standards
Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff
Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste and recyclables to uphold sanitation standards
Support the food service team by providing clean dishes promptly for meal service or guest use
Follow all safety procedures related to food handling, cleaning chemicals,



and equipment operation
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service hours

Requirements
Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
Solid understanding of cleaning procedures, food handling, and sanitation standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
Knowledge of basic kitchen safety practices and proper use of cleaning chemicals
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in quick-paced settings
Previous experience in hotel or food service industries is a plus but not mandatory
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times

Pay: $16.00-$21.58 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
