Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their preferences and needs
Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on different liquors, wines, beers, and accessories
Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked and organized according to store standards




Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during your shift

Requirements
Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; familiarity with POS systems is a plus
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customers
Basic math skills for cash handling, pricing, and inventory management
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced workplace
Knowledge of alcohol regulations and responsible sales practices is advantageous but not mandatory; training provided
Organizational skills to maintain clean, well-stocked displays and accurate records
