Your expertise will ensure productive payroll processing for approximately 2,000 healthcare employees. In this full time position, you will manage all aspects of payroll operations, focusing on compliance with federal legislation and collective agreements.

You will lead payroll audits, develop operational procedures, and support system optimizations to enhance accuracy and effectiveness across the Payroll Services team. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full-cycle payroll for union and non-union staff
Conduct payroll audits for compliance and efficiency
Support financial reporting and reconciliations
Develop payroll documentation and process improvements
Serve as a resource for payroll-related inquiries Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Accounting or Business
PCP and preferably PLP designations
Minimum 5 years of payroll experience
Experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
