Duties
Supervise children in a safe, caring, and inclusive environment during after-school hours
Facilitate engaging activities that promote social skills, creativity, and learning
Assist with homework or tutoring sessions to support academic development
Maintain a watchful eye on children to ensure safety at all times
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to ensure smooth daily operations




Support classroom routines and help manage behavior using positive reinforcement techniques
Prepare and organize activity materials to create an enriching experience for all children

Experience
Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings preferred
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
Experience providing tutoring or teaching support is highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to manage groups of children with patience and enthusiasm
Robust communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff and families
Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and maintain a lively, positive setting
