Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dependable AZ Driver to join our agile logistics team. As an AZ Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring freight is transported safely, efficiently, and on time. You will operate commercial vehicles, manage freight loads, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure all safety and regulatory standards are followed.

Duties
Safely operate commercial trucks equipped for heavy freight transportation across designated routes.
Load and unload freight using forklifts and other heavy equipment, ensuring proper handling and securement.
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with applicable regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation for deliveries, pickups, and freight details.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members to coordinate schedules and resolve issues promptly.
Perform basic automotive repairs and troubleshooting as required.
Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and adherence to traffic laws and company procedures.

Requirements
Valid AZ (Class A)



commercial driver's licence with a clean driving record.
Proven experience operating heavy trucks and handling freight loads efficiently.
Ability to safely operate forklifts and other heavy equipment; forklift certification is an asset.
Knowledge of freight handling procedures and commercial driving safety regulations.
Robust mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic vehicle repairs and troubleshooting.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks as required.
Excellent communication skills with a proactive and dependable approach to problem-solving.
A 3-year-old insurance letter (driver's abstract/insurance history letter) from your previous employer is required.

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
