We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, perform dental cleanings, and support overall oral health education. Responsibilities
Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup
Take and develop dental radiographs as needed for diagnosis and treatment planning
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies
Assist the dentist during examinations, procedures, and treatments with efficiency and professionalism
Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix or similar dental management software
Ensure a clean and sterile clinical setting in compliance with OSHA standards
Manage patient questions and concerns with excellent customer service skills




Support pediatric patients and adapt communication approaches accordingly
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations and patient flow

Qualifications
Valid licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of practice
Experience with Dentrix or other dental office management software is preferred
Knowledge of orthodontics, pediatrics, and general dentistry procedures is advantageous
Bilingual abilities are considered a plus to serve diverse patient populations
Previous experience in a dental office setting, including dental assisting or hygiene roles, is highly desirable
Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect effectively with patients of all ages
Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail

Pay: $50.00-$70.00 per hour
