We have an immediate opening for a Patient Liaison Operations Associate. This position is available in Calgary, AB.
How we plan on keeping you busy:
Be responsible for tracking patient requests and ensuring adherence to the established process.
Enters and organizes data in internal database and document templates
Helps maintain patient documentation and internal archives
Supports logistics related to material shipments
Assists in scheduling meetings and preparing internal roles or follow-ups.
Prepares internal follow-up notes and summaries from meetings
Contributes to a collaborative and detail-oriented team environment
Other duties as assigned.
What will help you get here:
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or in progress (e.g. Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or related field).
Robust organizational and time management skills.
Being responsive and available to address requests as needed
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), leading meetings with executive stakeholders.
Comfortable working Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry tools.
Attention to detail and consistency in documentation.
Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
Demonstrates reliability, flexibility, and a proactive approach to supporting the team.
Interest in learning.
Solid ability to collaborate between internal and external parties.
This position involves meetings outside of office hours.
