The VP will partner with the CFO on governance, regulatory readiness, and enterprise risk management, while guiding the IR/controls program across multiple jurisdictions. The role requires deep expertise in IFRS/US GAAP, SOX/ICFR, external audit, and Audit Committee support, with a CPA designation and TSX experience.
