Lead engineering initiatives as a Senior Team Lead and enhance project success through effective team management and technical expertise from our Regional Office.

In this role, reporting to the Regional Business Manager or Engineering Manager, you will coordinate service line activities and uphold production quality across projects. Your responsibilities will include workload management, mentoring staff, and driving efficiency and capabilities for ongoing success. Technical oversight and collaboration with clients will also be fundamental.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate workload and staffing effectively
• Mentor and evaluate direct reports for growth
• Provide technical guidance on complex engineering projects




• Prepare proposals and secure project engagements
• Be a primary client liaison for significant accounts

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Diploma in Engineering Technology
• At least 8 years of engineering experience
• Hold a valid class 5 driver’s license
• Aiming for P.Eng., CE&T;, or AScT designation
• Solid leadership and analytical skills
