Job Description
As a Lighting/Electrical Associate, you will help customers fully understand their needs and assist in selecting the right products for their requirements, solve customers' problems, and enhance their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.

Clarify and understand customers’ needs and recommend the best solutions for their projects.

Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.

Take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions.

Produce quotes, material lists, and follow up.

Demonstrate high standards of safety and customer service.

Resolve customer challenges quickly and efficiently.

Continually learn about products and market conditions.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Sales and customer service experience.





High level of attention to detail.

Ability to lift 55 lbs.

Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends on rotating shifts.

Ability to learn and operate applicable computer systems (e.g., D635) used to process orders.

Grade 12 diploma or equivalent (considered an asset).
