Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough quality checks for finished parts
Resolve defects through accurate rework tasks
Maintain detailed records of inspections and production counts
Guide junior staff to enhance their skills
Facilitate workflow improvements within production Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least 2–3 years in manufacturing or production roles
Solid knowledge of inspection and finishing standards
Proficient in track documentation
