Truck Driver (Propane/Butane) - Medicine Hat, AB

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Truck Driver to join their team, specializing in the transportation of LPG (Propane/Butane). This is a full time, year-round position offering regular weekly home time, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities
Operate a commercial truck safely and efficiently to transport LPG (Propane/Butane) to designated locations.
Load and unload liquid bulk products while following proper safety protocols.
Adhere to all traffic laws, transportation regulations, and company policies.
Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues and perform basic repairs as needed.
Maintain accurate logs and documentation related to deliveries and vehicle inspections.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers to coordinate deliveries.
Ensure compliance with all hazardous material transportation regulations.
Report any incidents, delays,



or safety concerns to management promptly.
Follow all company safety and emergency procedures.
Assist in the loading/unloading process when required.

Qualifications
Valid Class 1 driver’s license.
Experience driving super B trailers or similar heavy equipment.
Experience in liquid bulk transportation an asset.
Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
Familiarity with freight transportation regulations and hazardous material handling.
Clean commercial driver’s abstract (no major violations in the past 5 years).
Must obtain or already hold certifications in H2S (Hydrogen Sulfide), First Aid, and CSO (Confined Space Operations).
Must pass a drug and alcohol screening.
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $8,000.00-$10,000.00 per month
