Surrey HVAC Supply Ltd. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, robust sales aptitude, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Experience in warehouse distribution and ERP systems is preferred and will be considered a robust asset.

Compensation: Competitive compensation commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions.
Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales calls and customer follow-ups.
Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up on customer inquiries.
Accurately maintain customer records and sales activities using ERP and CRM systems.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize customer value.




Collaborate with the warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, pricing, and inventory.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (required).
Minimum 3 years of warehouse distribution experience (required).
Experience working with ERP systems (preferred).
Minimum 1 year of data entry experience (required).
Minimum 1 year of professional telephone customer service experience (required).
Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, and upselling is preferred.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
