Responsibilities
Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth
Support children during daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and outdoor play
Foster positive interactions among children to encourage cooperation, sharing, and communication skills
Help maintain a safe and clean classroom setting by following health and safety protocols
Observe and document children's progress, behaviors, and needs to inform teaching strategies
Communicate effectively with children, parents,
and team members to ensure a supportive learning atmosphere
Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special requirements
Skills
Prior classroom experience working with young children is highly desirable
Robust communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus
Ability to incorporate basic math concepts into daily activities and learning experiences
Passion for teaching and supporting the developmental milestones of young learners
Reliable team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach to caregiving
