Job Title: Marketing & Business Development Executive

We specialize in general labour, skilled trades, healthcare, and administrative staffing solutions. We are currently seeking a driven and results-oriented Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our Mississauga office.

Key Responsibilities: Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to secure staffing contracts.
Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to understand client needs and ensure service excellence.

Marketing & Outreach
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote staffing services.
Create content for digital platforms (social media, website, email campaigns) to boost brand awareness.
Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and industry functions.




Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies.

Client & Market Research
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business sectors.
Provide input on pricing strategies, service offerings, and brand positioning.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (staffing/recruitment industry preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a rapid-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, LinkedIn).
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are assets (for client visits and events).
