Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffees, sandwiches, and other menu items with consistency and care
Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and personality
Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately
Keep work areas organized, clean, and compliant with health & safety standards
Assist in food preparation when needed
Embody Ciccio’s hospitality: productive, friendly, and genuinely invested in the guest experience

Previous café, barista, or restaurant experience is an asset (but not required if you have the right energy)
Ability to work well as part of a fast-paced, supportive team
Basic math skills for cash handling
