Duties
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and positive first impression.
Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations to optimize guest flow.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met.
Handle cash transactions and process payments while maintaining accuracy in cash handling.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery to guests.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the front of house area, including dining spaces and restrooms.
Provide assistance to customers as needed, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
Support team members in various tasks to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Qualifications




Proven experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Serve it Right certification is required.

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
