Job Summary

We are hiring a Shipper / Forklift Operator for a direct hire opportunity with a medical supply company in Burlington, Ontario. In this role, you will support daily shipping, order picking, packaging, labeling, and forklift operation in a clean, organized logistics setting. In-house forklift certification will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates with limited experience who are ready to build their skills in warehouse operations and medical supply distribution.

Key Responsibilities
Operate a forklift safely to move products, materials, and orders within the warehouse.




Pick customer orders accurately using an RF scanner.
Package, label, and prepare medical supply products for shipment.
Verify product information, quantities, and labels to support shipping accuracy.
Maintain a clean, protected, and organized warehouse work area.
Follow company procedures for handling, staging, and shipping products.

Compensation and Benefits
Pay rate: $19.05 per hour.
Schedule: Straight day shift.
Pay frequency: Weekly pay.
Employment type: Direct hire.
Training: In-house forklift certification provided.
