Overview
We are seeking a strong Chinese speaking, reliable and hardworking General Factory Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting various production and warehouse operations, ensuring effective workflow, and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and experience with manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities
Assist with the assembly of products using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment
Support manufacturing processes by preparing materials, sorting parts, and packaging finished goods
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety standards are met
Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic issues with machinery or assembly lines
Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during operations

Qualifications
speak Chinese, preferred
Able to lift 30 lbs




Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse work, or assembly preferred
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical concepts is a plus
speaks English
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
Mechanical knowledge or experience working with manufacturing equipment is advantageous
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks within the factory environment
