We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Behavioural Therapist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral patterns and progress metrics using data collection methods
Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of therapy strategies
Monitor and document client progress accurately within electronic medical records (EMRs), ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards
Provide direct therapeutic services to children, utilizing evidence-based techniques aligned with special education principles




Educate caregivers and staff on behavior management techniques and support strategies for ongoing success
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology relevant to behavioral health and developmental disorders

Skills
Proven experience working with children in clinical or educational settings, demonstrating patience and empathy
Solid understanding of special education practices and developmental milestones
Excellent patient care skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with children and families
Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health and developmental conditions
Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMRs) for documentation and data collection purposes
Ability to analyze behavioral data effectively to inform treatment adjustments and measure outcomes
