Finch Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC is looking for an energetic, organized, and motivated Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in automotive accounting while working in a rapid-paced dealership environment.

Position Details
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Lunch: One-hour unpaid lunch break
Wage: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities
Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently
Prepare and process accounts receivable transactions
Reconcile vendor statements and customer accounts
Assist with daily deposits and payment processing
Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal departments
Support month-end accounting procedures
Perform general administrative and accounting duties as required

Qualifications
Previous accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or accounting experience is preferred




Entry-level applicants with strong organizational and computer skills are encouraged to apply
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel experience is an asset)
Automotive dealership experience is considered an asset, but is not required
