We’re a cozy artisanal cheese shop & bistro looking for a store manager who’s equal parts people-person, problem-solver, food enthusiast and has a flair for presentations. Think of this role as being the “cheese captain” — steering the ship, keeping the team motivated, and making sure our guests leave with full bellies and big smiles.

What You’ll Do
Be the friendly face of the shop and the bistro, welcoming customers and helping them discover their current favourite cheese or food pairing.
Provide counter service to our customers. Cutting, wrapping cheese and slicing charcuterie meats.
Lead our awesome team — training, scheduling, and cheering them on.
Keep the wheels turning: from managing inventory to making sure the cheese counter always looks irresistible.
Jump in wherever needed — sometimes that’s behind the counter, sometimes it’s problem-solving, sometimes it’s taste-testing (perks of the job ).
Make sure everything we do meets food safety and quality standards (while still being fun).

What We’re Looking For




Someone with experience running a bistro, shop, or restaurant.
Experience in cheese (past work, leisure interest)
A natural leader who can inspire, train, and support a team.
Organized but versatile — things move quickly, and you’ll need to pivot like a pro.
Robust customer service skills (you’re the kind of person who remembers someone’s favourite order).
Passionate about food, people, and creating memorable experiences.
