Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm and a positive attitude, making them feel valued from the moment they arrive
Manage reservations efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS, and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction
Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing accurate information about wait times, reservations, and restaurant offerings
Maintain a clean and organized host stand area, ensuring all materials are stocked and presentable
Assist in managing waitlists during busy periods, communicating wait times clearly to guests and offering solutions to enhance their experience




Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow and guest satisfaction
Uphold high standards of hospitality, including excellent communication skills, proper phone etiquette, and attentive guest interactions

Experience
Previous experience in guest services or food service roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key
Familiarity with restaurant operations, including reservation management systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
Robust communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Experience with hotel or hospitality environments is a plus, demonstrating adaptability and customer-focused service orientation
Knowledge of food service etiquette, POS systems, and basic restaurant operations will support success in this role
