General Production Worker - Full-Time Job - Immediate Hiring

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (no weekends)

Pay: $17.60/hr to start | Wage increase upon permanent conversion

Overtime after 44 hrs/week | 4% vacation pay | Weekly pay, direct deposit

About the Role

We're hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Production Worker for a growing team in Mississauga. This role requires precision and consistency, you'll be assembling wire harnesses and electrical components used in automotive circuits, so attention to detail matters.

What You'll Do
Perform hands-on production and light assembly tasks
Assemble wire harnesses and electrical components for automotive circuits
Follow wiring diagrams and work instructions with attention to detail
Perform continuity/quality checks on finished assemblies
Keep pace with daily production goals
Maintain a clean, secure workstation

What You Need
Minimum 6 months of warehouse, production, or fast-paced physical work experience
Comfortable with repetitive,



detail-focused tasks for a full shift
Able to follow instructions and stand for extended periods
Reliable, punctual, and motivated
Legally authorized to work full time in Canada
High school diploma or equivalent
