Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Team Lead to inspire and guide our dynamic team toward delivering exceptional client-care experiences. As a vital leader within our organization, you will oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding program delivery, and foster a positive environment that promotes teamwork and excellence. Responsibilities
Lead by example to deliver outstanding trauma-informed client care
Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
Resolve team members' concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into positive experiences
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards across the program facility
Support recruitment efforts by assisting with onboarding current team members and training them on service protocols
Support development and monitoring of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and behaviour support strategies for clients
Ensure compliance with policies,



accreditation standards, and safety protocols
Liaise with schools, social workers, and families; complete reports and documentation
Provide on-call/emergency coverage as needed

Experience
Demonstrated leadership ability or prior supervisory experience in a similar role/environment
Solid communication and crisis intervention skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients and team members
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
Degree/diploma in humanities, social sciences, or equivalent combined education and experience
3+ years in a similar program, including 1+ year supporting individuals with complex needs
Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices
Valid Class 5 driver's license, clean abstract, and personal auto insurance ($2M third-party liability)

Pay: $25.00-$34.84 per hour
