Job Overview
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Montessori Guides certified by MACTE or AMI to join our early childhood education team for the Infant/Toddler and Casa Programs. These role involves guiding children in Infant/Toddler and Casa classrooms, fostering a nurturing, stimulating, and respectful learning setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, classroom experience, and a deep understanding of Montessori principles. Bilingual abilities in English and French are highly valued to support our diverse student community. Duties
Facilitate child-centered learning activities aligned with Montessori methods for Infant/Toddler and Casa age groups
Observe and assess individual children's developmental progress to tailor educational approaches
Maintain a prepared environment that promotes independence, exploration, and social-emotional growth
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum plans that meet developmental needs
Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and milestones
Ensure the safety, health,



and well-being of all children in the classroom at all times
Manage classroom routines efficiently, including transitions, meal times, and rest periods
Utilize computer skills for record keeping, lesson planning, and communication purposes

Experience
Certification from MACTE or AMI in Montessori Infant/Toddler or Casa programs is required
Prior classroom experience working with children in early childhood settings is essential
Experience working with children with disabilities or in special education settings is a plus
Bilingual proficiency in English and French enhances communication within our diverse community
Demonstrated leadership skills, organizational abilities, and effective time management are important
Strong writing skills for documentation and parent communication are necessary
Familiarity with computer operation, classroom management software, and educational tools is preferred
