We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated Production Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on position that involves product preparation, sanitation, and maintaining a clean and secure production environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, able to work independently, and committed to following established quality, food safety, and workplace safety procedures.

Responsibilities & Duties
Perform production procedures throughout the facility in accordance with guidelines
established by the Quality Assurance (QA) department.
Help maintain and promote a clean, organized, and safe working setting for all staff.
Maintain accurate and organized records of production activities.
Accurately measure and prepare product ingredients as required.
Perform sanitation duties throughout the production area.
Safely lift and handle bags weighing up to 25 kg (50 lbs).
Remain standing and active for extended periods throughout the shift.

Necessary Skills
Ability to be self-directed, work independently,



and make appropriate decisions when required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a commitment to company goals.
Previous food handling experience is considered an asset.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
