Overview

We're looking for an experienced HVAC Technician with a valid G2 Gas Technician license to join our team in Toronto. This is a full-time position for a technician who's comfortable working independently on residential and/or commercial systems and takes pride in quality workmanship.

Responsibilities
Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including furnaces, heat pumps, ventilation units, and boilers to ensure peak performance.
Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs.
Troubleshoot mechanical components including motors, fans, compressors, thermostats, and control systems to identify root causes of malfunctions.
Carry out appliance repairs related to HVAC equipment and assist with construction projects involving HVAC infrastructure.
Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports to track system performance and repair history.

Skills
Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC systems.
Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams for accurate troubleshooting.




Knowledge of maintenance procedures for HVAC equipment to maximize lifespan and efficiency.
Familiarity with schematics for electrical wiring and control systems within HVAC units.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clearly document work performed.

Requirements
Valid TSSA G2 Gas Technician license (required)
2–5 years of hands-on HVAC experience
Valid G2 licence in good standing
Own basic hand tools (company provides specialty tools/equipment)
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
