Core Medical Certifications
First Aid: Valid Standard First Aid certification is mandatory.
CPR Training: Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR Level HCP (Health Care Provider) is required.
Advanced Training: First Responder or Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) certificate.

Licensing & Driving Requirements
Driver's Licence: A valid Ontario Class G licence is minimum.
Clean Record: You must provide a clean commercial driving record/abstract.
Experience: Some roles require up to 3 years of commercial or transport driving experience.

Physical & Screening Requirements
Strength Capacity: Ability to lift 250+ lbs using a stretcher or stair chair with a partner.
Background Check: A vulnerable sector police record check is mandatory.
Medical Fitness: Passing a physical employment medical exam and showing proof of immunization.
Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrating high empathy, patience, and transparent verbal communication for vulnerable patients

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
