Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for cash, credit, or digital payments
Handle cash handling procedures with precision and accountability
Conduct product demos for convenience store items and promote upselling opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area, including merchandising displays
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Manage phone etiquette when taking orders or providing information over the phone




Ensure safety protocols are followed during all transactions and activities

Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Robust communication skills in English
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Demonstrated organizational skills to keep the workspace tidy and stocked
Ability to perform basic technical tasks such as operating POS systems and monitoring fuel pumps
Excellent time management to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently during shifts
Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and proactive approach
