Position Overview

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Outdoor Retail Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys outdoor activities, works well in a fast-paced retail environment, and takes pride in helping customers find the right gear and apparel for their adventures.

Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide knowledgeable, friendly service
Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and gear recommendations
Maintain robust knowledge of outdoor equipment, apparel, and seasonal products




Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
Restock merchandise and maintain organized, visually appealing displays
Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store setting
Participate in team meetings, product training, and promotional events

Qualifications
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Passion for outdoor recreation and gear
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Comfortable standing for extended periods
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
