Barista / All-Rounder

Aroma Espresso Bar is a fast-paced café focused on great coffee, fresh food, and warm customer service. We are looking for a reliable Barista / All-Rounder to join our team and support both customer service and daily store operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, can stay calm during busy periods, and is willing to learn multiple stations in the café.

Responsibilities
Serve customers with a positive, qualified attitude
Ring in orders accurately using the POS system
Prepare coffee, drinks, and food items according to Aroma standards
Work efficiently in a fast-paced café setting
Keep the café clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift
Maintain daily cleanliness of counters, equipment, dining area, washrooms, dishes, and stock areas
Support scheduled deep-cleaning tasks as part of the team
Restock products and assist with basic inventory tasks
Support both front-of-house and back-of-house team members
Help with food preparation when needed
Follow food safety, cleanliness, and store procedures
Be open to cross-training on different stations, including cash, bar, food prep,



and support roles

Requirements
Available to work weekdays, weekends, mornings, and/or evenings
Reliable and able to commute to the store consistently
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Customer service or cash handling experience is an asset, but not required
Barista or café experience is a bonus, but we are willing to train the right person
Must be able to lift 25–30 lbs
Interest in coffee and fresh food is always a plus

You are dependable, friendly, and team-oriented. You notice what needs to be done, help without being asked, and take pride in keeping the café running smoothly.

You are comfortable starting with the basics, learning our systems properly, and gradually taking on more responsibility as you prove reliability and skill.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
