Duties
Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation for daily service, ensuring freshness and quality.
Cook menu items accurately and efficiently, following established recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and portioning to minimize waste.
Support the serving team by ensuring timely delivery of prepared dishes to guests.
Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, equipment use, and kitchen hygiene.




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours.

Qualifications
Prior experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Solid understanding of proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality.
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration.
Basic serving knowledge helpful for understanding guest expectations during meal service.
