Duties
Assist with food preparation by chopping, assembling ingredients, and supporting cooking processes under supervision
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, utensils, and equipment in accordance with food safety standards
Support cooking activities by following recipes and instructions from chefs or senior staff
Serve customers efficiently by taking orders, delivering food promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience
Handle food safely by practicing proper hygiene, storage, and handling procedures at all times
Restock supplies and ensure the kitchen is well-organized for smooth operations during service hours




Provide friendly assistance to guests, answer questions about menu items, and promote a welcoming atmosphere
Preferred languages: English, Mandarin & Cantonese

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
Knowledge of food handling procedures and basic meal preparation techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills with a friendly attitude toward customers and team members
Basic understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform cleaning duties as needed
A proactive mindset with a desire to develop skills in cooking, serving, and the food industry

Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
