Duties
Assist in food preparation, ensuring all ingredients are prepped and ready for cooking.
Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to maintain consistency in meal preparation.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, and fryers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Help with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
Participate in regular training sessions on food handling and safety practices.

Skills




Experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and meal preparation processes.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
Solid teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace.
