is seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Vape Shop Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating product features, and assisting customers in selecting the right vaping products. The ideal candidate will have solid communication skills, a passion for technology sales, and the ability to create a welcoming shopping experience. Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience
Assist customers in selecting vaping products, accessories, and related merchandise based on their preferences and needs
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features of various vaping devices and e-liquids
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured products
Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout your shift




Provide knowledgeable advice on product usage, safety, and maintenance
Handle customer inquiries via phone or in-person with professionalism and courtesy
Follow store policies regarding age verification and compliance with local regulations

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Knowledge of vaping products, technology sales, or related fields is a plus
Bilingual skills (English and another language) are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base
Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math skills for cash handling is advantageous
Solid communication skills, time management, organizational skills, and phone etiquette are essential for success in this role
Experience with merchandising, upselling techniques, and technical product demonstrations will be beneficial
