Contruction company in the Huntsville area is seeking a supervisor for a dock building crew. Duties would include mostly working on steel frame docks, some machine repair, custom fabrication and some structural steel work in building projects as well as supervising a small crew. Applicants must know how to run heavy equipment, boats and barges and have a valid driver's license and boating license. Welding knowledge and skills are preferable, but training and upgrading would be available if the applicant has experience. There will be inside and outside work, and much of it will be around water. The applicants should also have a basic knowledge of building construction and be able to read blueprints and use these to layout dock and boathouse structures, organize materials and staff and work as a team. Ability to operate heavy machinery is a plus.



Need to be a self-starter with an ability to think on the fly. Wages based on experience. Perks available after one year and a company truck is a possibility if the applicant shows it's merited. Monday to Friday full time work. Responsible applicants with experience only.
