Duties
Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are organized and stocked with necessary supplies
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting chefs and kitchen staff during busy service times
Follow food handling safety standards to ensure hygiene and prevent cross-contamination
Support the overall cleanliness of the dining area and kitchen setting by removing trash and recycling materials regularly




Collaborate with restaurant or hotel staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours
Adhere to health and safety regulations consistently to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements
Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!
Robust understanding of cleaning procedures, food handling practices, and sanitation standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations or food preparation processes is a plus
