MCS Electrical Solutions Ltd. is expanding! We are a full service commercial & residential licensed electrical contractor servicing the Halton Region and the GTA.

We are looking to add a 309a licensed red seal electrician to our growing company. Our ideal candidate would be a motivated, self starting, and detail oriented person with knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices. This person should have a background in both residential, commercial wiring and service/troubleshooting work.

Hiring Bonus:
$1000 Hiring Bonus To Be Paid Out After Probationary Period

Responsibilities:
Run a service van to complete residential and commercial electrical installs, troubleshooting, repairs, and recent installations. This employee will be working directly with customers in their homes and businesses. A strong customer service attitude will be expected.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems
Install and troubleshoot electrical wiring, fixtures, outlets, switches, and devices.
Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functionality and safety.




Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget.
Provide guidance and training to apprentices as needed.

Skills:
Commercial and residential experience required with a higher focus on residential wiring at this time.
Robust knowledge of electrical codes and working with ESA inspectors.
Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve electrical issues.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy/pride in workmanship.
Effective communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and contractors.

Pay: $38.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
