Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and assembling ingredients.
Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
Uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation throughout the kitchen area.
Provide excellent service to guests by ensuring that all food is prepared to their satisfaction.

Qualifications




Previous restaurant or hotel experience is preferred, with a solid background in kitchen operations.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods is essential.
Familiarity with food service practices, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong cleaning skills with an understanding of sanitation standards in the kitchen.
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards serving others in the hospitality industry.
