Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop skills in food service, hospitality, and customer relations within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including Micros POS
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
Assist in food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed to support smooth operations
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations in compliance with sanitation standards




Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
Provide guest services that exceed expectations, addressing any concerns promptly

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with robust customer service skills
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for order entry and cashiering
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing and cash handling purposes
Robust communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Experience with food industry standards including serving, upselling, and guest services
Kitchen experience or hospitality background is a plus but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail

Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60-$29.11 per hour
