Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with company goals
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to optimize profitability
Manage risk assessment procedures and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Lead negotiations with financial institutions, partners, and clients to secure favorable terms
Collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer experience through tailored financial solutions
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to finance and insurance activities
Ensure accurate reporting of financial data and maintain transparent records for audits

Experience




Proven experience in financial services, preferably within the dealership or automotive sector
Robust negotiation skills with a track record of securing advantageous agreements
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects effectively
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships
Solid understanding of sales processes, math proficiency, and analytical thinking
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards
Previous leadership role in finance or insurance departments is highly desirable
